Monday 4th June
Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius opposite asteroid Chaos, Neptune retrograde – Be prepared to face your shadows. Look within and accept all you see. Have faith in who you are. Be compassionate towards your frailties. You are an integral part of this vast cosmos. By facing inner darkness, you can find the light.
“You must have chaos within you to give birth to a dancing star.”
Friedrich Nietzsche
Tuesday 5th June
Venus Retrograde square Mars – This may be one of those men are from Mars, women are from Venus moments. Whether friends, lovers or family, the opposite sex may just not seem to understand where you are coming from. Meanwhile, the Sun perfects its conjunction to Chaos and Chiron moves into the conjunction with Bacchus. It all feels very much like the morning after the night before. Having to choose between what you want and what is socially acceptable may leave a bad taste in your mouth. The best way to use this energy is to let it stimulate creativity and passion. A healthy competitive spirit charges you with the courage to pursue that which you value.
Wednesday 6th June
Sun conjunct Venus Retrograde.
Love yourself – accept yourself – forgive yourself – and be good to yourself, because without you the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things.
Leo F. Buscaglia
This Sun conjunct Venus is a special event as Venus will visibly cross the face of the Sun. Jamie over at Darkstar Astrology has posted a fabulous article on the transit and its implications. In my article on Venus Retrograde, I noted that “when we align to love, this leads to greater illumination – the incredible brightness of being.”
But there is also a great deal of tension to play out in the Venus conjunct Sun chart. The Venus-Mars square is still in orb and the conjunction sits on the Sabian “A Woman Activist In An Emotional Speech Dramatizing Her Cause.” Passionate outbursts are possible.
The trine from Venus and the Sun to Saturn in Libra however shows that we need to take responsibility for our actions and offer some level of commitment to those we love. Shouting and screaming at each other isn’t going to get us very far. It’s time to face up to what is and stop hurting each other over what isn’t.
Thursday 7th June
Mercury enters Cancer – There’s a nostalgic edge to this transit and you may find yourself reviewing past memories with affection. Watch however the tendency to drag up old hurts or cling to your point of view. Mercury in Cancer helps to deepen the level of communication between people and gives an intuitive understanding when words fail. Look into their eyes to see what they are really saying.
Friday 8th June
Sun square Mars – The cosmic tension continues with fighting spirit in the air. This aspect can manifest as arguments, conflict, selfishness and a general ‘me first’ attitude that gets everyone’s back up. On the flip side however sometimes these two together can burn out leaving you feeling flat, bored and fed up. Sun square Mars needs a challenge – one that burns from the inside and motivates you to be the best you can be. If you find yourself dragged into other people’s dramas, aim to direct the energy into a productive project that makes you feel good. Think of your hero or heroine – what would they do faced with the same situation? Set your next goal.
Saturday 9th June
Mercury trine Neptune – Ahhh, a little light relief in this week’s turbulent skies. Mercury trine Neptune switches on your psychic antenna. Follow your hunches, your dreams and those strange synchronicities that jump out at you. If you keep hearing the same name, check the meaning of it. Messages come in unusual ways. This transit gives an arty, imaginative feel to the day. Take photos, draw, listen to music. Let your mind wander.
Sunday 10th June
Moon in Pisces – A sleepy Sunday vibe follows yesterday’s dreamy day. It’s time to rest and retreat. Treat yourself to a big bubble bath, and yes even a glass of bubbly if it takes your fancy (but just the one!). Curl up on the sofa with your favourite novel or a long movie. If you stress about taking time out, remember that you need time to recharge your batteries. The more connected you feel to yourself, the more connected you can be to others.
“If in our daily life we can smile, if we can be peaceful and happy, not only we, but everyone will profit from it. This is the most basic kind of peace work.”
Thich Nhat Hanh
Yes, let US be the change we wish to see. I like what you put up…………..that quote of Tixh nihat Hanh, too. If those of us who are awake know/practice Div. Love, and peace……….not only will we personally benefit, which would be enough, but we defeat the invaders from the 4th deminsion…………………………..which is the ultimate ‘enemy’ of this precious planet and power behind the moneymafia, and the next Great Holy War………………(..gee, I hate to use terms like ‘war’ because it implies conflict),
The Div.ALL has promised to come back to deal with the invaders who are alll sociopathic.demons.
