Excerpt from Patreon “Rabbits, rabbits, rabbits”…as my Grandmother used to say! How is it that the year is speeding away like this? We begin the week fast and furious as the Sun and Mars meet in Virgo on September 2 creating a superior conjunction and a new synodic cycle for Mars. This is a powerful aspect that unites our will and energy, purpose and motivation. Goals are illuminated, confidence is increased. The Sabian symbol of this union is ‘Two Heads Looking Out And Beyond The Shadows’. It makes me think of those rabbits above, gathering up their courage and peeking out from their burrows. Now we too need to come out of hiding and take charge of our lives. As ever with all this powerful Virgo energy, we are looking at practical application, being of service, doing our job, playing our part. Virgo is normally a humble sign, but this conjunction could bring some egos into play too, so we do need to be mindful of trying to push too hard. Tempers could be on a short fuse, especially if perfectly devised plans go awry. We need to be patient, both with ourselves and others.
