Excerpt from Patreon – Mercury perfects its second square to Neptune on June 5, a confusing, confounding aspect that can bring communication muddles, baffling technological troubles, and fuzzy thinking. More prominent is a Mars-Pluto opposition, an aspect which can be volatile, violent, angry, pushy. There’s a tendency to fight against things over which we have no control and with Mars in Cancer, reactions are emotional. Given the uncertainty and disorientation with Mercury and Neptune, the Mars-Pluto effect is compounded – like a smoke bomb in a small space, everything is loud, no one knows who is friend and who is foe.
On the plus side, Mars-Pluto can bring great strength, a drive to challenge our fears and understand our deepest motivations. But we need to be conscious of how we’re using this potent astrological mix so we don’t end up striking out in the wrong direction or at the wrong person. We can also become self-destructive in this atmosphere too. Take a beat if you feel a little hot under the collar or impatient.
